Honestly, this hotel surpassed my expectations. If I were visiting San Antonio again, I would stay here. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very comforting. It breathed a communal environment that bolstered a family feeling. To be honest, I was very hesitant about staying here (I personally prefer a high-end hotel brand, but my Fiancé and I were just staying in San Antonio for a few nights) but after the kind staff greeted me and shared their daily happy hour + breakfast formats, it was clear this place focused on making the hotel experience seem as if you are staying with family. Very happy and would come again. Highly recommend.

Attractive hotel, environment, room and facilities. Friendly staff, particularly Linda in breakfast services. Good gym and pool. The room was clean, fresh, and well-appointed. For the first time in 20 years, I was able to read the labels on the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Folks don't like to take glasses into the shower! The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was terrific. Snacks and drinks in the late afternoon, AND there is a super gorditas place nearby called Dona Tota! Delicious.

Our stay was phenomenal. We didn't want to leave. The staff and everyone who works at this location is so accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They had everything you could possibly need. We will be back. After 3 nights, we decided to extend our stay and become members. It may be a few dollars more than surrounding hotels but worth every penny.

We were visiting from Houston, and what I liked about this hotel is it was pretty close to everything we were there to for. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are very clean. I also like the indoor pool and so did the kids all in all we had a great experience.

Breakfast is wonderful. I really enjoined the selection. I loved the coffee area. Maybe have some hot water for the tea bags though. There were tea bags ti make tea which is great but no hot water to make it with.

this is the only place that we stay at no matter where we visit the rooms are always clean and the food is always hot a fresh the people that work here is always nice including housekeeping I would give 10 stars if I could

The breakfast was very good, the area was very clean and there was plenty of food. My family and I will definitely go back, the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. It Was a very pleasant stay. I truly recommend The Drury Inn and Suites .

The staff was most excellent and accommodating. The fresh breakfast and changing nightly dinner menu was unique and a welcome change from other hotels I have stayed at. Tired and don't feel like going out? Just head to the lobby area and you can eat your fill. The biscuits and gravy are southern style and will definitely fill you up. We checked in very late (2:00 AM) after a 16 hour drive and were in the room and relaxing within 5 minutes. A welcome respite after a very long time on the road.
